Job Description:
As a Business Analyst at Ontario Health, you will play a pivotal role in understanding and translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for implementation in our Digital Excellence in Health products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing processes and tools to support the implementation of Ontario Health's Identity and Authorization services
- Conducting business and client requirement analysis to support service development and operational projects
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions
- Providing guidance to clients and adoption teams, educating stakeholders on policies and processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of requirements
- Maintaining system documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Participating in user forums and research to understand client needs and recommend product enhancements
- Making impactful decisions that contribute to organizational goals and long-term success
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health-related fields, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in process development and implementation
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation and analysis techniques
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with project delivery practices, SDLC, and ITSM practices
